Come forward, lunatics!

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has done it: he has dragged the United States into the conflict with Iran, reiterating a (self-)destructive personal obsession that has never faded.

Tehran’s pro-Palestinian stance has not changed life in Gaza or the West Bank by even a millimeter.

The deceitful and entirely Western conviction has resurfaced — that the Middle East can be pacified and democratized through military force only. In reality, the goal is to sow chaos and create uncontrollable divisions.

Note that not a few countries in the region tacitly greet the military offensive against Iran's regional ambitions, although they want to avert a widening of the war.

We are watching an old movie all over again.
